What Vibbuzz does

Vibbuzz lets a group dining at a partner restaurant share one table from their phones: everyone joins, orders what they want and pays their own share.

The restaurant sells you the food and drinks. It sets the menu, prices, taxes and service charges and is responsible for preparing and serving your order. Vibbuzz provides the software that connects you to it.

Your account

• Give your real name and an email address you can access.
• Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
• One account per person. Do not sign in as someone else.

Tables and hosts

• The first guest to start a table becomes its host. The waiter opens the table by reading the personal start code shown in the host's app.
• The host approves who joins the table and can hand the host role to another guest.
• Everyone at the table can see the table's orders, each guest's share and who has paid.

Orders and payments

• Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds (EGP) as set by the restaurant.
• You pay your own share: split equally, by item or as a custom amount agreed at the table.
• Payments are processed by a licensed payment provider. Your card details go to the provider and never reach Vibbuzz.
• Vibbuzz does not charge guests a fee.
• A table is settled when every share is paid. Guests who leave early pay their share before they go; the host settles last.
• Questions about an order, a refund or the quality of your meal go to the restaurant first. We will help where we can.

Fair use

Do not misuse Vibbuzz. In particular, do not:

• join tables you were not invited to, or place orders you do not intend to pay for;
• try to access other people's accounts or data;
• interfere with the app, the website or our servers, or use them to send spam.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Vibbuzz running, but it may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance. We may change or improve features over time.

Liability

To the extent Egyptian law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for the food, drinks and service provided by restaurants. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under Egyptian law.

Ending your use

You can stop using Vibbuzz and ask us to delete your account at any time from our Delete account page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes go to the competent Egyptian courts.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will update the date on this page, and tell you in the app when the change is significant. Continuing to use Vibbuzz after a change means you accept it.
