Do guests need to download an app?
Yes, the free Vibbuzz app. Scanning the table QR takes them straight to it.
Does it replace my POS?
No. It works alongside the POS you already use.
Do guests pay a fee?
No Vibbuzz fee for guests. Restaurants pay per settled table, agreed with each partner.
What if someone leaves early?
They pay their own share before they go; the host settles last.
How are payments handled?
Through a licensed payment provider. Vibbuzz never stores card numbers.
Which languages does it support?
Arabic and English, switchable any time.
