Delete your Vibbuzz account

You can ask us to delete your Vibbuzz account and the personal data linked to it at any time. Send the request with the form on this page.
What we delete
- Your account: name, email address and password.
- Your table history: the tables you joined and the items you ordered.
- Push notification tokens for your devices.
- Any other personal data linked to your account.
What we keep
Records of completed payments (amount, date, restaurant and payment reference) are kept for the period Egyptian tax and accounting law requires. We use them for nothing else and delete them when that period ends.
How it works
- Send the form below using the email address on your Vibbuzz account.
- We may contact you to confirm the request comes from you.
- We delete your account within 30 days and let you know when it is done.
- Deletion is permanent: your account and history cannot be restored.
